About the Chef
Born and raised in London, our chef grew up in a single-parent household and discovered a love for cooking at an early age. Determined to pursue that passion, he trained at West Herts College in Watford, studying English and French classical cuisine. His two-year course included silver service waiting, butchery, baking, and bar training, earning him a City & Guilds qualification.
After graduating, he worked with Town and County Catering, where he had the honour of cooking for prestigious events such as the Queen's Garden Party and the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.
Later, with a growing family, he transitioned to work with more sociable hours - but his love for cooking never faded. That passion now lives on at Pukka Pie Kitchen, where he shares the comforting, nostalgic flavours of British home cooking with the community.
