The name “Pukka” means “genuine” or “excellent.”
With the goal of introducing authentic and delicious pies made by an English chef, we also aims to break the stereotype that English cuisine is not tasty. Additionally, it strives to remind foreigners living in Japan of the flavors of their homeland.
